PRIMARK GINGHAM

Hey Guys, I recently posted a sneak peek picture on my Instagram of this outfit build and haven't had chance until now to post the look... so here it is.

I am seriously in love with these Gingham print Primark jeans; they were an absolute steal at only £13, and a perfect dupe of the Topshop Gingham Joni Jeans (£38) – as much as I love Primark, I always have to try on their Jeans before buying, because the sizes seem to be all over the place –nethertheless once I found the perfect size, I instantly fell in love.

I have styled them with my gorgeous mint swing cami, pastel leather jacket and some old favourite shoes of mine – perfect for the transition into summer.

For as along as I can remember I have been lusting over Olivia Burton Watches but have been very good so far and managed to refrain from another middle of the month treat! However I spotted this watch in Sainsburys the other day, and just had to have it - at only £12, how could I resist??

Pink Leather Jacket - Matalan - £30
Swing Cami - Primark - £3
Gingham Print Jeans - Primark - £13
Shoes - New Look - Very Old
Clutch bag - Primark - £4
Gold Midi Rings - Primark - £1.50
Chunky Gold Ring - New Look - £2 (sale)
Watch - Sainsburys - £12

What do you think of the outfit? Are you all loving Primark at the moment?

MY CND SHELLAC EXPERIENCE

If you are anything like me, you won't be able to stand it when you take an hour to paint your nails, they look amazing, to then notice the next day that they have already chipped. So my sister and I decided to invest in a UV lamp and some different gel nail varnishes. I've always heard good things about CND nail varnish, so thought I would give it ago.

I used the CND base coat (1 coat), then CND studio white (2 coats), finished off with CND top coat (1 coat).

As it turns out, I absolutely fell in love, and now cant imagine going back to normal nail varnishesThe last picture was taken 8 days after I painted my nails - no chips, and still as shiny and sleek as the day they went on.
Although the manicure didn't last the full 14 days that it is meant to, it has been brilliant not having to re-paint my nails every other day.

Prices on amazon were between £13-15 per 7.3ml bottle of CND coloured shellac varnishes, and £20-23 for a set of base coat and top coat (7.3ml bottles)

What do you think of Shellac nails? Have you tried CND varnishes before?

PASTEL CLUTCH

I am sure that I'm not the only one thinking that Primark have got it absolutely spot on recently.
This block colour pastel clutch bag is literally to die for, especially with only a £4 price tag! How could anybody possibly say no?

They also sell it in a monochrome version, I've visited and re-visited Primark to get my hands on it, but no luck so far!
It'll definitely be on a future shopping list.

Ps. I have many outfit posts that will hopefully be heading your way asap!

MY CITY BREAK LOVE: PARIS

So last year, I went on my first city break to Amsterdam, and absolutely fell in love with the idea of a short break in a beautiful city. So this Easter armed with my camera, my boyfriend whisked me away to Paris for a long weekend. It was the BEST WEEKEND EVER! For anybody who hasn't been to Paris, you need to go! From sightseeing to shopping, Paris has everything to offer. I was lucky enough to be able to go for a cruise along the River Seine, visit The Louvre, Notre Dame, climb to the top of the Eiffel Tower and shop along one of the best shopping streets in the world - the Champs Elysees.

Here's a mixture of snaps I took on my Nikon SLR whilst in the beautiful city (I had waaaay to many to upload!).

A BLOGGER WAS BORN.

Hello and welcome to my new blog!

I am entirely new to the world of blogging so please bare with me as I figure this out.
I've been debating the idea of my own little blog for a while now, due to my rather large obsession to shopping and my new found love of photography! I've recently treated myself to a new Nikon SLR, so hopefully with a little more practice I will also be able to share some of my pictures with you. (fingers crossed!)
